Deaf CULTURE challenges old assumptions. We are a distinct cultural community – a cohesive group with our own language, values and ethics. The DEAF CULTURE CENTRE is passionately committed to creating a space dedicated to incubating and celebrating our cultural expressions through perfroming arts, language, literature, history, visual arts and the preservation of our rich heritage.
